Jeff Barnhart

I am Certified People Coach with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience and a career spent working with people in high-pressure, real-world environments. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that some of our biggest challenges aren’t necessarily about strategy or technical ability. They’re about people, and specifically how we communicate, how we connect, how we build trust, and how others experience us. That realization is what ultimately drew me to people coaching and executive coaching. I bring the perspective of someone who has spent decades leading organizations and working with executives, physicians, boards, employees, and communities. I also bring more than 40 years of experience in emergency medical services, where I learned firsthand just how important communication becomes when the stakes are high. I have a particular interest in improving communication within healthcare organizations. Healthcare is an environment where communication can directly affect teamwork, trust, culture, leadership effectiveness, and the experience of both employees and patients. I enjoy working with healthcare leaders and professionals who want to strengthen how they communicate with their teams, colleagues, patients, and communities. I’m excited to bring those experiences into coaching and help others become more confident, intentional, and effective communicators. My goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you better understand how you communicate, recognize how others experience you, and strengthen the skills that allow you to connect, build trust, and communicate with greater confidence and impact.
