I am a speaker, trainer, and coach dedicated to developing current and future leaders at Cisco. With 25 years of experience in Cisco’s Sales Engineering community, I understand the unique pressures and technical challenges our leaders face. I don’t just teach leadership theory; I share a practical roadmap that I have lived myself. I lead two signature programs at Cisco designed to help our teams thrive: - Solutions Engineer Transformation and Leadership Development Program (STLDP): I help high-potential engineers build professional and leadership skills to create clear paths for their long-term career growth. -Solutions Engineering Manager and Director Program (SMDD): I guide managers through training on emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the skills needed to build and support high-performing teams. This is more than a job to me; it is my passion and calling.
