Based in Berlin, I help professionals, expats, and leaders master the hidden science of human interactions to thrive in international environments. For a long time, I used to stay quiet in meetings. I silently hoped my work would speak for itself, believing that being an impactful communicator was just an innate gift. When I discovered behavioral science, I realized that communication is a learned skill—and mastering it completely transformed my career. My expertise is backed by over 15 years in international business networks. I spent 10 years with the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCE), before moving to Berlin as a Consultant Relation for COMATCH (now Malt Strategy). Today, within the digital ecosystem at Malt, I see firsthand how technical talent can be sidelined without strong people skills. Driven by this, I became the very first certified Science of People Coach in the French-speaking world. I am a true relationship-building enthusiast, convinced that every single interaction is an opportunity to create a meaningful bridge.
