Accomplishment feels different when it is aligned. I help ambitious people build success that feels as good as it looks. I am an author, strategist, coach, podcast host, and community builder redefining how high performers think about meaningful accomplishment. My work centers on values-driven growth, intentional structure, and sustainable execution. I founded The Cheerful Mind to help individuals and organizations gain clarity, strengthen mindset, and design systems that support long-term performance and balance. As co-founder of the Accountability Success Circle, I lead a goal-focused community built around eight core life areas, including career, money, health and wellness, intimate and social relationships, family, personal development, and fun. In 2022, I launched The Accomplishment Project, a long-form writing platform exploring how real people define and pursue meaningful success. In 2025, I expanded the project into a podcast. I am currently conducting 100+ in-depth interviews as part of an ongoing book project. This research is the foundation for a broader conversation about redefining productivity beyond hustle culture. I also partner with founders and leadership teams to architect operational clarity and strategic focus. My engineering background and systems thinking allow me to translate vision into executable structure. My work has included collaboration with Science of People, integrating behavioral science, communication strategy, and performance optimization. I am the author of Finding Success in Balance, a certified professional coach, and a certified communication expert. My work has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, Real Simple, Today.com, and Health Magazine. If you are building something meaningful and want to do it with clarity, intention, and impact, let’s connect!
